Nylon Board adopts pure new PA as material ,proceed by extrusion or molding.Nylon Board possesses the following advantages : high crystallinity, excellent dimensional stability, low water absorption,high hardness,high temperature resistance, self-lubrication,good anti-fatigue performance and etc. And Nylon Board can be adjusted based on different requirement .Also Nylon Board is resistant to alkali,alcohol,acid,ketone,hydrocarbon,detergent,water and other corrosive. High mechanical strength and excellent machining properties of the Nylon Board,they can be machined, milled,planed and drilled.
