Precautions for the use of UHMWPE lining in coal mines after installation

1. When using for the first time after installation, discharge the material after the material in the silo is stored to two-thirds of the capacity of the entire silo.

2. In the process of operation, always keep the material entering and unloading point on the material pile in the warehouse, and always keep the material storage in the warehouse at more than half of the entire warehouse capacity.

3. It is strictly forbidden for the material to directly impact the lining.

4. Due to the different hardness and particle size of various materials, the service life of the liner will be affected after the material or flow is changed, so it is usually not recommended to change the material and flow at will. If it needs to be changed, it shall not be greater than 12% of the original design capacity.

5. The temperature of the use environment should generally not be greater than 100 ℃.

6. Do not use external force to damage its structure and loose fasteners at will.

7. The static state time of materials in the warehouse should not exceed 36 hours (please try not to stay in the warehouse for more viscous materials to prevent agglomeration), and materials with a moisture content of less than 4% can appropriately extend the static time.

8. When the temperature is low, please pay attention to the static time of the material in the warehouse to avoid freezing blocks.
